Connections Career Center is an independent, full service job readiness center that provides career counseling, resume development and computer training for job seekers. Established in 1990, our professional staff comes from top level corporate positions in Fortune 500 companies and are experts in the areas of career development and training, resume writing and job search strategies.
Our founder, Diane Spencer, has over twenty years of executive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has also taken post-graduate courses at the Amos TuckSchool of Business, Dartmouth College and the University of Michigan,Graduate School of Business. During her corporate career, she was featured in a national publication as one of the Best and Brightest Women in Corporate America, and a Woman to Watch. A frequent speaker on marketing topics at colleges and professional organizations, she was formerly an adjunct Professor of Market Research at William Paterson University.
Our career center associates are available to post your resume on the internet, assist you in searching for job leads, and prepare your interview packages. We also have a computer training lab staffed with trainers and tutors ready to assist you in further developing your computer skills.
